Basically, #3 is what it's described as. A chore was a housekeeping task for most people. It was something completed to earn allowance growing up. The first person wanting $1.50 for vacuuming two floors, can have it.
Chores were a means to an end. A chore became an annoyance as time past, then eventually became impossible. This was burden-free bliss that hopefully lasts through life.
